Center for child study and Protection (Pusat Kajian dan Perlindungan Anak) PKPA was Established on 21 october 1996. The organization was registered In The Departement of Justice and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through Decree of Minister of Justice and Human Rights of The Republic of Indonesia Number AHU -4047 .AH.01.02. Year 2008 and National Unity and Public Protection Body of North Sumatera Province.
